About Erin Hutt Consulting
I started Erin Hutt Consulting because I've worn nearly every hat in the nonprofit world, and I know how overwhelming it can feel to build something meaningful without the right support. After founding and leading two organizations of my own, I created this consulting practice to be both the extra set of hands and the strategic partner that grassroots leaders, small business owners, and community-centered organizations deserve.
Our Approach
Today, EHC works with nonprofits, government agencies, and small businesses across Philadelphia, Wilmington, and the surrounding region. Our work spans community and stakeholder engagement, workforce development strategy and implementation, program design, grant-funded project support, and one-on-one strategic coaching. We intentionally keep our client load small so every engagement gets senior-level attention, not a junior associate.
Meet Erin
Erin Hutt brings over 13 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a track record of leading and supporting initiatives that center youth, families, and underserved communities. Her career includes roles as Program Director, Youth Program Coordinator, Summer Camp Director, After-School Program Manager, and Executive Director. She has worked across sectors—including housing, education, mental health, and workforce development—to build partnerships and programs that make a lasting impact.
Erin is the founder of two Delaware-based nonprofit organizations, and currently leads Erin Hutt Consulting as a fractional director, strategist, and coach to nonprofits and community initiatives nationwide.
Erin holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Certified Workforce Development Professional® (CWDP). She has been recognized by Insight Success as a Top Nonprofit Leader Driving Community Impact and is a recipient of Business Elite's 40 Under 40 Award. She is based in the Philadelphia-Delaware region and is available for both local and remote engagements.
